Erika Santiago

Erika Santiago is a Training Manager for LitWorks™.  Erika has over twelve years of experience in the litigation support industry including litigation technology roles at Holland & Knight and King & Spalding where she coordinated case management, trial technical support and database development for mostly complex product liability and commercial litigation matters.  Erika’s experience also includes sales and software training for a developer of web-based software products marketed to the legal community.

Erika has delivered practical and valuable workshops to various organizations including paralegal associations, state bar associations, Legal Tech, LawNet and the Atlanta Association of Litigation Support Managers (she is also a past president of AALSM).  Erika has also been a technology instructor for Georgia Perimeter College and Miami-Dade Community College.  Erika is a graduate of Florida International University, Miami, FL.

Marty Kendra

Marty Kendra is the e-Learning Manager with LitWorks™.  Marty joined our team in 2006 to build and manage web-based training programs for DTI Global.  Prior to joining LitWorks, he worked as a Learning Designer for Delta Air Lines.  In his 13-year career with Delta, Marty developed e-Learning training for associates of the Airport Customer Service Group.  Using the latest tools to create training that can be accessed from anywhere in the world over the Internet, Marty created a range of training packages to meet the needs of the carrier and further develop its customer service associates. His experience also includes developing facilitator-led training, video training, web content administration, learning management system administration, graphic arts and photography.
