Certified Litigation Support Manager Training
This four-day seminar helps litigation support professionals advance to the next level. The curriculum is designed for professionals who manage litigation support personnel, make software and hardware recommendations for handling litigation support needs, create return on investment (ROI) models for purchases, and build the business case for litigation support services. Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to create a vision for their litigation support department, talk to clients effectively about paying for litigation support, and effectively market litigation support services internally and to clients.

- Strategies for Selecting Litigation Technology Applications (both online & traditional client/server)
- Strategies for Litigation Storage & Retrieval
- Exercises:
- Develop technology needs assessment matrix
- Role play – Communicating effectively with IT Staff & Management
- Certification Project :
- Receive assessment assignment
- Reiterate criteria for certification/ pass status
- Open lab to begin working

Class is in session each day from 8:30am until 5:00pm.
There are two 15 minute breaks each day plus a 90 minute lunch period |
