LitWorks Training Manager

Job Description:

  • Work with LitWorks team to develop and methodically execute a strategic long-term plan for LitWorks in the Northeast market.
  • Work with LitWorks team to develop and execute custom presentations on a variety of topics (per client or field offices request) on a monthly basis.
  • Work with LitWorks team to evaluate training, presentations and materials to ensure it remains current with technology, processes and current trends in the legal marketplace.
  • Work with LitWorks team to maintain strategic relationships with best-of-breed software vendors.
  • Gain and/ or maintain certified trainer status for all leading software applications including but not limited to:
    • Summation
    • Concordance/Opticon
    • IPRO
    • CaseMap
    • LiveNote
  • Train clients and internal DTI employees on litigation specific software packages.
  • Work with LitWorks team to develop and execute CLE seminars.
  • Work with LitWorks team to develop and maintain curriculum and learning methods to satisfy customer demands.
  • Collaborate with LitWorks team to ensure consistent content across all training materials and presentations.
  • Work with the LitWorks team to develop and maintain marketing materials related to training services.
  • Keep managing partners and account executives up-to-date on their clients and the training they have received.
  • Periodically travel to clients’ offices, trade shows, and meeting locations to market and deliver training services, lunch-n-learns, and seminars.
  • Offer support to field offices through professional services engagements as DTI and LitWorks attempts to grow their businesses consistent with industry best practices.

 

Skills Desired:

  • Experience working in a law firm environment.
  • Significant experience working in litigation support supporting and working with litigation specific software packages and tools.
  • Solid understanding of workflow and processes involving cases with ESI (Electronically Stored Information) components.
  • Experience working on large cases with extensive electronic and paper document reviews.
  • Strong presentation and networking ability. Position requires the Training Manager to prepare and deliver presentations and lunch-n-learns on a monthly basis to clients and for internal training purposes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
